    EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS PERMITTED

    • One 6ft table, 30in wide x 30in high draped exhibitor table in the Sponsor Networking Area (table and drape are provided by venue).
    • Table top signage is welcome, but it must not exceed 6ft x 6ft and cannot obstruct the view of neighboring tables. 

    EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED

    • Booths are not permitted in the Sponsor Networking Area. Any booths that are set-up will immediately be required to dismantle. 
    • Pull-up floor signage may not be set up next to the table. It must be placed behind the table. Signage can not exceed 9ft in height, 6ft in width and 12" in depth. 
    • Table-top signs are welcome, but can not exceed 6ft in height and width. 
    • Associated signage cannot obstruct the view of neighboring tables or be outside the 6ft table space. Due to space restrictions and the fire marshal code, we cannot vary from the 6ft table space requirements. This will be strictly enforced. 
    • Banners or signs cannot be hung from hotel walls or ceiling. 
    • Table Top Contract is required to be signed to ensure these regulations are followed. 

    Electrical and Wifi Order Information

    Electrical Services such as WIFI, power outlets, monitors etc. can be purchased through Encore's online ordering system.

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    To prevent the hotel from misplacing your packages, please have package(s) arrive between Wednesday, June 18th and Friday, June 20th. All boxes should arrive no later than Friday, June 20th. Shipments will be brought to the sponsor networking area and left at your table for setup on Monday, June 23rd. Please ship your boxes to arrive within the above window. 

    ** Please note that the below form MUST be completed so the hotel can drop your boxes at your table in the networking area. If this form is not completed, you may experience delays in receiving your shipped materials. Handling fees can be found on the form as well. The hotel will collect payment when you arrive at your table.**

    Return Shipping:

    You must provide your own return shipping labels! Have your boxes packaged with a complete outbound label affixed to the shipment and leave at your table. The banquet team will then bring the items to the loading dock. At the conclusion of the program, please package and label your outgoing shipments accordingly, and all shipments will be brought to the loading dock to mail. If you have any special pickup instructions from the carriers, the hotel suggests you call to arrange directly, otherwise, the carriers will pick up during the hotel's standard times.
